Greeting Fellow Zia Members:

Our tournament at Desert Lakes ended up with 29 players.  We had several more but last minute cancelations resulted in the 29.  The course was in good shape and all seemed to have a good time.  Congratulations to all the winners.

Our next event is at the Links in Ruidoso the second Tuesday in September, 9-9-08. The course is lush with all the recent rains.  This is our eighth event of the year.  We will have one more in October at White Sands prior to the championship in November.  We look forward to a good turnout at the Links and encourage you to get your entries in early to Bob Nelson.
