2008 EVENT ENTRY FORMS

 

ATTENTION ZIA SENIORS:

 

Email and telephone event entries will no longer be accepted.  There is now only one way to enter a Zia event and that is by returning the appropriate entry form to the P. O. Box, with the correct fees.  Entry forms will be included in the newsletters and be available for downloading from the club’s webpage.  All entries must be received at least five days prior to the event.

 

Members are required to report their arrival at an event by checking in with the Pro Shop attendant at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event starting time.  The club will no longer man a check-in table.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

  Any member may cancel his entry, for any reason, at anytime up to 5 days prior to the date of the event and receives his money back. Cancellations after this time are accepted only for medical emergencies, either for the member or a member of his immediate family. If you oversleep, forget, think the weather’s bad, have car trouble, or come up with any of a thousand other reasons why you didn’t show; you lose the entry fee.
